Forest Wing Chun Family,
Everything we do is to make our members healthier and happier over time. In an effort to live up to that mission, we will be transitioning all of our classes to online training until further notice. In order to preserve the quality of our instruction, online classes will be restricted to current members at first. Those of you who have had physical feedback and instruction will be able to benefit from online classes. Without a good foundation in real physical structure, we'd all just be waving our hands around on camera - fun but mostly useless!
We may add more classes or seminars in the future, including some which may be open to new students or the general public. For now, our classes will meet online at the following times:
Fridays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Sundays: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Wednesdays: 6:00pm - 7:30pm (Advanced)
Members will receive an invitation to each class on Zoom at the appointed time. Here are some things you can do to prepare for online classes: Wear comfortable clothing for stretching, find a space big enough to stretch your arms out in, and download the free Zoom app on whatever device you plan to use for class. Until then, keep your center, and stay safe!
