Join us at Riverfront Park on Saturday, May 4th, for the Lynchburg International Festival! Forest Wing Chun will be demonstrating Wing Chun Kung Fu through empty-hand form, partner exercises, and the One-Inch Punch made famous by Bruce Lee!
